Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Tele Caller role based at Hi-Tech Institute of Advance Technologies in Delhi, India. The Sales Tele Caller will engage with prospective learners via phone, explain available technical courses, and guide them through admission options and fee structures. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls,



responding to course-related inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in the institute’s systems. The Sales Tele Caller will follow up with leads, support admission conversion, and coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets. Daily responsibilities also include adhering to call scripts and guidelines, providing accurate information, and representing the institute professionally in all communication.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit verbal communication, active listening, and a customer-focused approach.
Sales and telecalling abilities, such as lead generation, persuasive pitching, follow-up management, and basic negotiation skills.
