Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Executive based in Gwalior.



The intern will engage with students and educational institutions to promote Career Mantra’s services, generate leads, and support new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and leads. The intern will assist in organizing and supporting seminars and counseling events, coordinate with internal teams to address client queries, and contribute to relationship-building with partner institutions. The role also involves reporting on business development activities and providing feedback to improve outreach strategies and student engagement.
Qualifications
