Role Description The Yoga Trainer will lead group and individual yoga sessions, guiding students through safe and effective practices tailored to varying skill levels. Daily responsibilities include planning class sequences, demonstrating postures, correcting alignment, and offering modifications to ensure participant safety and comfort. The role also involves educating students about breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and the principles behind different yoga styles.



The Yoga Trainer will help maintain a welcoming studio environment, assist with class schedules, and engage with students to support consistent attendance and progress. This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Yoga Instruction skills, with experience teaching group and individual classes.
Candidates should possess expertise in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga styles, including sequencing and alignment principles.
Candidates should possess effective Teaching abilities, including class planning, demonstration, and student guidance.
Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills for interacting with students and colleagues.
Relevant yoga certification from a recognized institution.
Experience working in a studio or wellness setting is beneficial.
Ability to maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.
