About the Role
You will be the primary guide, coach, and matchmaker for each client. From their very first onboarding call to the moment they get married - you are the person they trust.
You will understand their requirements deeply, challenge their blind spots,



source matches (from inside and outside our database), coach them through tough conversations, and help them stay grounded in the process.
This role blends high EQ, people psychology, and client strategy - all with a service-first mindset.

Requirements

What You’ll Do1. Relationship Management (Client Service)
Be the main point of contact for a set of premium clients.
Understand their life story, relationship patterns, and emotional needs.
Build trust through empathy, communication, and presence.
Stay with them throughout the journey - from first match to final outcome.
Coach them during moments of doubt, frustration, or overwhelm.
2. Matchmaking & Strategy
Design thoughtful match strategies for each client.
Curate matches from our internal database and external platforms (matrimonial sites, LinkedIn etc)
Ensure mutual compatibility before suggesting a match - not just profile alignment.
