Role Description The Senior Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi-Mumbai, responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of JYO SHOP LLP. This role includes maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling general ledger entries, and ensuring timely recording of all financial transactions.



The Senior Accountant will prepare and review financial statements, oversee accounts payable and receivable, manage bank reconciliations, and monitor cash flow. Daily responsibilities also include supporting budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, and coordinating with external auditors as needed. The role involves working closely with leadership to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and implement internal controls and process improvements.
Qualifications
Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow management in a small or medium-sized business workplace.
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, income tax regulations, and compliance requirements; experience coordinating audits is an adva
