Experience with OpenTelemetry standards and instrumentation.
Familiarity with SRE practices (SLIs SLOs error budgets).
Experience with automation/scripting (Python Bash Terraform).
Exposure to cost optimization strategies for SaaS observability platforms.
Build automation scripts and workflows that orchestrate infrastructure provisioning configuration deployment and decommissioning across multiple environments.
Configure and optimize Dynatrace SaaS including Ruxit capabilities to provide end to end application and infrastructure monitoring tailored to stakeholder needs.
Set up detailed performance dashboards alerts and reports in Dynatrace to proactively identify service degradation and support data driven decision making.
Integrate monitoring and incident workflows with Service Now to streamline incident problem and change records with accurate technical context.
Collaborate with product owners architects and operations teams to translate requirements into practical cloud and automation solutions that improve reliability.
Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidents using AI Ops and observability data and implement permanent fixes that reduce operational risk.
Establish and refine cloud governance practices including tagging standards access controls cost optimization and compliance monitoring for Azure resources.
