Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Executive role based in Udupi. The Lead Generation Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach, and maintain structured records of prospects and interactions in CRM or tracking tools.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to map target segments, building and updating lead lists, nurturing prospects through timely follow-ups, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule appointments and demos. The role also involves understanding client offerings, presenting them clearly to potential customers, and collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Consistent achievement of lead generation targets and adherence to quality and data-compliance standards are key expectations.
Qualifications
Strong lead-focused skills, including experience in New Leads and Lead Generation.
Ability to perform structured Market Research to identify target industries, decision-makers, and prospect needs.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging prospects and coordinating with internal teams.
