We are looking for Consultant Radiologists to join our growing Radiology and Imaging team at our Medavakkam centre. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Role Description
The Consultant Radiologist will be responsible for the interpretation and reporting of a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, with a solid emphasis on ultrasound and advanced sonography, including obstetric and fetal imaging. The role will involve working closely with referring clinicians, radiographers, sonographers and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate, clinically relevant and timely diagnostic reports.
Key Responsibilities




Perform and report ultrasound examinations across a wide range of applications, including:
General abdominal and pelvic ultrasound
Obstetric ultrasound
First-trimester and anomaly scans
Fetal imaging and detailed fetal assessment
Fetal echocardiography
Doppler studies, including obstetric and vascular Doppler
Small-parts and superficial ultrasound
Other routine and specialized ultrasound examinations
Interpret and report CT, MRI and X-ray examinations as per clinical requirements and area of expertise.
Correlate imaging findings with the patient's clinical history, examination findings and laboratory results wherever relevant.
Ensure appropriate imaging protocols are followed and advise on additional or complementary imaging when clinically indicated.
Maintain high standards of diagnostic accuracy and ensure reports are clear, comprehensive and clinically useful.
