Job Summary

The Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role as the primary liaison between the ATS Global IT group and other ATS divisions or departments that utilize enterprise systems or data combining technical acumen, business acuity, and industry knowledge to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our enterprise systems, with a specific focus on JD Edwards modules like Inventory Management, Procurement Management, Sales Order Management and Advanced Pricing, Advanced Transportation.

Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business systems and processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, system owners, and project teams to gather, validate, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
Lead solution design workshops and prototyping sessions to enhance business processes, operations, and information flow.
Support the preparation of project proposals and contribute to project planning activities.
Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle JD Edwards 9.2 applications and modules.
Participate in the planning,



design, development, testing, and deployment of new applications and system enhancements.
Develop and maintain process models, technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.
Coordinate and execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing for current and enhanced applications.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption and system performance.
Deliver training and guidance to end users on system functionality, processes, and enhancements.
Analyze business requirements, business processes, technical specifications, and data models to support solution delivery.
Troubleshoot application issues and resolve system defects using established problem-solving methodologies.
Create and maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
