Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and convert B2 B leads into long-term customers. The candidate will be responsible for meeting business owners, architects, consultants, restaurant chains, dealers, distributors, and commercial kitchen equipment suppliers to promote Tanwar Ovens' products and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential B2 B customers, dealers, and commercial establishments to generate new business.

Convert leads received through digital marketing, referrals, exhibitions,



and other company sources.

Identify and develop new dealer and distributor networks in assigned territories.

Build robust relationships with restaurant owners, hotel management, cafés, bakeries, cloud kitchens, architects, interior designers, and commercial kitchen consultants.

Conduct product presentations and explain product features, pricing, and business benefits.

Follow up with prospects until successful order conversion.

Coordinate with the sales support and operations teams for quotations, site visits, and order execution.

Maintain daily records of customer visits, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Collect customer feedback and market intelligence, including competitor pricing and trends.

Achieve monthly sales targets, dealer acquisition targets, and conversion goals.

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and customer meetings whenever required.
