Role Description The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at Hakims Aalim Hair n' Beauty Lounge in Bengaluru in a full-time, in office capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising service delivery, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. The Salon Manager will handle client inquiries and feedback, coordinate appointments, monitor inventory, and maintain salon hygiene and safety standards.



They will support hiring and onboarding of team members, provide coaching and performance feedback, and ensure adherence to brand protocols and service quality. The role also involves meeting business targets, managing budgets, and collaborating with leadership on promotions and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong cosmetology and hair care knowledge, with the ability to guide and support service professionals.
