Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations for a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help update HR documents, support the implementation of HR policies,



and assist in organizing employee onboarding and engagement initiatives. Additional tasks may include maintaining HR databases, preparing basic reports, coordinating employee benefits-related queries, and providing administrative support to the HR department. This role offers exposure to core HR processes and the opportunity to learn best practices in a dynamic, learning-focused organization.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to assist in policy communication and benefit administration.
Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting employee engagement activities.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
