BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE) — REAL ESTATE
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, property sales, channel partner development, client relationship management, negotiations, and business growth across assigned real estate projects.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of real estate experience with strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, referrals, networking, and market outreach.
• Handle prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.




• Negotiate with clients and support successful deal closures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and real estate agents.
• Identify and connect with recent channel partners to expand the company's sales network.
• Coordinate with channel partners for lead generation, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Maintain regular communication with channel partners and support them with project-related information.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, inventory, payment plans, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development is mandatory.
