Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Greet and welcome visitors in a qualified manner.
Answer, screen,



and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and packages.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
Manage visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
Support HR and Admin teams with daily administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
Handle employee attendance records and basic documentation.
Assist in travel arrangements and other office coordination activities.
Qualification / Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
