Role Description
The Assistant Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies for Smilephile’s hygiene and baby care product portfolio
This role involves assisting in market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight gathering to inform brand positioning and marketing campaigns.
The Assistant Brand Manager will help plan and coordinate promotional activities across retail and e-commerce channels, working closely with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Daily tasks include monitoring brand performance metrics,



preparing reports, managing content for product listings and marketing materials, and supporting new product launches and packaging initiatives.
The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain brand standards and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

Brand management and marketing skills, including experience supporting brand strategy, campaign planning, and product positioning.
Analytical skills for market research, competitor analysis, data interpretation, and performance tracking of brand and product initiatives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, design, and operations teams.
