Role Description: Co-lending Associate / Manager will be a key member of the Co-lending Team, responsible for end-to-end management of the partner funnel, building and nurturing lender relationships, monitoring collection performance, and driving strategic business growth.



The role requires close collaboration with internal Product and Technology teams to resolve operational issues and continuously improve the co-lending ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Funnel Management: Identify, onboard, and manage co-lending partners (banks and NBFCs); maintain a robust pipeline of active and prospective lending partners; ensure smooth processing of partner agreements, limit utilisation, and disbursement workflows.

Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for co-lending partners; build and· meetings, share performance reports, and address partner queries and escalations in a timely manner.

Collection Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse collection efficiency, delinquency trends, and recovery rates across co-lending portfolios; coordinate with the collections team to ensure targets are met; prepare and present collection dashboards and MIS reports
