Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Sales role based in Bengaluru North, with a compensation package of approximately 5 LPA. The role involves prospecting and generating leads, scheduling and conducting property visits, and presenting suitable real estate options to potential clients. The Real Estate Sales professional will manage the complete sales cycle, including client consultations, property shortlisting, price negotiations, and closing transactions.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining updated knowledge of local property listings and market trends, building long-term relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and post-sale support. The role also requires consistent follow-up with prospective buyers, accurate record-keeping in CRM tools, and meeting defined sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
