Role Overview:

We're seeking an ambitious Client Acquisition Manager to accelerate our B2B expansion in the digital marketing space. With 3+ years of experience in B2B growth, sales, or lead generation within IT services, marketing services, or CRM solutions, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy—from identifying opportunities to closing deals and optimizing conversion funnels. Experience with US and Canadian markets is essential, along with comfort working across time zones. You'll lead growth initiatives, mentor team members,



collaborate across departments, and drive measurable revenue impact while building a high-performance sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the complete growth strategy for acquiring new B2B clients in digital marketing, IT services, and CRM solutions
Develop and implement data-driven growth initiatives to achieve and exceed aggressive revenue targets
Build scalable lead generation engines across digital channels including email marketing, LinkedIn, content marketing, and paid campaigns
Establish consultative B2B relationships, deeply understanding client pain points and delivering customized digital marketing solutions
Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve collective goals
Work cross-functionally with marketing and delivery teams to ensure growth metrics align with client satisfaction and retention
Establish & Analyze growth metrics, conversion funnels, and sales
