Role Description
This is a full-time, in office position located in Chandigarh, India. The Sales Operations Executive will oversee and optimise sales operations, maintaining seamless communication with clients and ensuring exceptional customer service. We are looking for a proactive and dependable Sales & Operations Executive to support both front-end sales and day-to-day operational activities. This is a dynamic role involving field visits, showroom handling and backend coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Visit architects, interior designers,



builders, and retailers to present our product range
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up regularly
2. Showroom Management
Handle walk-in customers and explain product offerings
Manage the showroom independently in the absence of senior staff
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and customer experience
3. Operations & Dispatch
Coordinate order processing and material dispatch
Maintain basic stock awareness and assist in inventory handling
Ensure timely and accurate delivery coordination
4. Administrative & System Work
Operate basic accounting and billing software (Busy)
Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain records
Handle basic computer tasks (Excel, WhatsApp communication, etc.)
