About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Strategist & Marketing Manager who can own the complete marketing function of a brand—not just digital marketing, social media or branding.
You will be responsible for building marketing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, leading execution across multiple marketing channels and working closely with specialist teams to drive measurable business growth.
This role requires someone who understands marketing as a complete ecosystem and can connect business objectives with brand building and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for assigned brands and drive measurable business growth.
Develop brand positioning, messaging and value proposition




Lead market research, consumer research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Build and execute integrated marketing strategies across various marketing verticals, including Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, PR, Partnerships, CRM & Retention, Growth Marketing, ATL, BTL, TTL, Offline Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, Retail & Trade Marketing, and Product Launches.
Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Work closely with creative, design, content, performance, production and external agency teams to ensure flawless execution.
Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance and optimise strategies based on business objectives and data.
Present marketing strategies, campaign plans and performance reports to founders and clients.
