Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Surat.



The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of individual clients, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable investment products across asset classes. Daily activities include engaging with clients through meetings and calls, explaining research-based recommendations, executing transactions, and ensuring timely follow-up and service resolution. The role involves coordinating with research and advisory teams, assisting clients with digital platforms and branch services, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and investment strategies. The Relationship Manager will also work to enhance client satisfaction, improve retention, and achieve assigned business and revenue targets in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
