Role Description The Faculty BBA role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The faculty member will design and deliver undergraduate business courses with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled business practices, ensuring alignment with Stride’s AI-native curriculum. Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting lectures, seminars,



and workshops; supervising student projects and venture-building initiatives; evaluating student performance through assignments, exams, and presentations; and providing academic mentoring and career guidance. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development, integrating industry trends and practical case studies, and participating in academic events, admissions activities, and institutional initiatives to support the school’s growth and reputation.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in core business disciplines such as marketing, finance, operations, strategy, and entrepreneurship.
Experience integrating technology and AI concepts into teaching, with an understanding of how AI affects contemporary business roles and decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to design engaging, outcome-focused course content, including case studies, projects, and experiential learning activities.
