Role Description The Junior Sales Executive Backend role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves supporting the sales team with backend operations, including preparing quotations, maintaining sales documentation, updating CRM or sales databases, and tracking inquiries and orders. The individual will coordinate with internal departments such as production, engineering, and logistics to gather technical information, confirm delivery timelines, and ensure accurate communication to customers. Daily responsibilities include responding to email and phone queries from prospects and existing clients, assisting in tender and proposal preparation, and generating regular sales reports and metrics for management review.
