Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for guiding and optimizing the performance of the sales team. This role includes setting daily and weekly sales targets,



monitoring progress, and providing coaching to ensure consistent achievement of goals. The Sales Team Lead will oversee pipeline management, review key metrics, and collaborate with marketing and customer success to align strategies and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading team meetings, supporting team members on complex deals, handling escalated customer inquiries, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. The role also involves preparing sales reports, contributing to forecasting, and recommending process improvements to strengthen revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Sales skills with experience in managing pipelines, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Proven Team Management abilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and building a collaborative, accountable team culture.
