Role Description The Property Portfolio Manager is a full time, remote role. This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of unique properties, ensuring they meet Jaadooghar’s standards for quality, guest experience, and profitability. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with property owners, managing listings and availability, monitoring performance metrics. The Property Portfolio Manager will optimize occupancy rates, negotiate terms where needed, and support onboarding of new properties. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on pricing,



marketing content, and service improvements, while maintaining consistent communication and issue resolution for partners.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Portfolio Management and experience working as Portfolio Managers in a hospitality context.
Experience in relationship management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with property management, OTAs or CRM software and basic data analysis tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
