Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, configure, and support SAP FI/FICO solutions based on business requirements.
Understand and analyse financial accounting processes and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
Perform SAP FI configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and solutioning.
Work closely with business users and clients to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
Support financial transactions and processes within the SAP ERP environment.
Prepare functional documentation and provide user support/training where required.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure smooth integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules and business processes.
Must-Have Skills
Solid hands-on experience in SAP FI / FICO.
Strong understanding of Financial Accounting principles and processes.
Good experience in SAP FI configuration and integration.




Strong analytical, solutioning, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with GST is mandatory.
Client-facing/client exposure is mandatory.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
4–6 years of relevant SAP FI/FICO experience.
Strong functional knowledge with hands-on configuration experience.
Experience working directly with clients/business stakeholders.
Candidates who can independently handle requirements, configuration, testing, and production support will be preferred.
