Role Description The Field Sales Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The specialist will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers to promote A&F; Food and Beverage products, secure new orders,



and strengthen long-term partnerships. Daily activities include identifying and approaching potential customers, generating leads, negotiating terms, and ensuring product visibility through in-store merchandising and placement. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating with sales operations for timely supply, collecting market feedback, and supporting promotional activities and product launches. The Field Sales Specialist will maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets across assigned territories.
