About the Role
Digiweave is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of paid campaigns and drive measurable results for our clients.
You will work on real D2C, E-commerce, Fashion, Lifestyle and FMCG brands, managing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a focus on leads, sales, conversions and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Drive leads, sales, conversions and customer acquisition through paid marketing.
Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgets, optimisation and scaling.
Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA/CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate.
Analyse campaign performance and take data-driven optimisation decisions.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies and campaign strategies.
Work with creative and social media teams to develop performance-focused creatives.




Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
Ensure proper pixels, conversion tracking, events and analytics are in place.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with platform changes, competitor activity and digital marketing trends.

What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience managing D2C and E-commerce campaigns independently.
Proven ability to generate leads and/or sales through paid marketing.
Robust understanding of campaign optimisation, tracking and performance analysis.
Good knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA and conversion metrics.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
