Ansible Developer – Infrastructure & Data Centre Automation

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ansible Developer with solid expertise in Infrastructure and Data Centre Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, and continuously enhancing automation solutions that streamline IT operations, improve service delivery, increase operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort across server, network, cloud, and infrastructure environments.
The role requires deep technical expertise in Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Ansible Tower, and AWX, along with a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, automation frameworks, and operational best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade automation solutions using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Ansible Tower, and AWX.
Develop and manage Ansible Playbooks, Roles, Collections,
and Inventories to automate infrastructure and operational processes.
Automate server provisioning, operating system configuration, patch management, compliance validation, and routine infrastructure tasks.
Build, upgrade, administer, maintain, and provide production support for Ansible Automation Platform/Tower environments.
Design, implement, and manage AWX infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Create and maintain AWX job templates, workflows, credentials, inventories, and execution environments.
Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Operations teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Integrate Ansible solutions with enterprise applications, platforms, and third-party tools using REST APIs and other integration mechanisms.
