We're hiring: Field Executive (On-Ground Operations)

Kareverse is a fast-growing Bangalore startup built by a seasoned team of senior leaders and IIM alumni. We're looking for a Field Executive who loves being out in the city and making things happen on the ground.

This is a hands-on role — you'll be out meeting people, not stuck behind a desk. If you're energetic, persuasive, and enjoy turning a "maybe" into a "yes," this one's for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Approach residential societies and communities, meet facility managers, and secure permissions and approvals for our on-ground events
Run event operations end to end setup, on-the-day coordination, and getting collateral printed and ready
Visit communities and partner institutions across Bangalore, build relationships, and bring them into our network
Handle vendor logistics, coordinating equipment, materials and partners
Make customer visits and support the team with day-to-day admin

WHO YOU ARE
A graduate in any discipline. Freshers welcome,



1–2 years' experience a plus
Fluent in Kannada, English and Hindi (you'll use all three every day)
Personable and convincing, comfortable winning over a facility manager or a whole community
Organised and dependable. You follow through and don't drop the ball
Happy to be on the road across Bangalore most of the week

MUST-HAVES
Own two-wheeler + valid driving licence
Based in Bangalore and up for daily city-wide travel
