Job Title: Media Buyer (Performance Marketing Executive)

About the Role
We are a fast-growing, founder-led direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand .We're looking for a hands-on Media Buyer to plan, run, and optimise our paid campaigns and drive profitable growth. This role is primarily focused on Meta (around 70%), with Google making up the remaining ~30% — so you should be robust on both, with Meta as your core strength. You'll own real budgets and have a direct line to the brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities
●Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, with Meta as the primary focus (~70%) and Google (~30%).
● Own day-to-day campaign management — budgets, bidding, audiences, creative testing, scaling winners, and cutting underperformers.
● Drive and improve key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, and conversion rate.
● Build and test audiences — prospecting,



retargeting, and lookalikes — and continuously optimise for efficiency.
● Brief and coordinate with the content/creative team on ad creatives (statics, videos, UGC) and test variations.
●Track performance daily and weekly, maintain reporting dashboards, and use data to guide decisions.
● Manage ad budgets responsibly and scale spend profitably, within agreed guidelines.
● Stay on top of platform updates, ad policies, and new features on Meta and Google.
● Work with the website/landing-page team to improve conversion (basic CRO awareness).

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
●6+ months of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on both Meta Ads and Google Ads, with Meta as your stronger platform.
●Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max/Shopping, Display).
●Confident with performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate) and comfortable making da
