Role Description The Injection Molding Operator will work full time on-site at the manufacturing facility in Delhi, India. This role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring injection molding machines to produce high-quality cosmetic containers according to production specifications. Daily responsibilities include loading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring consistent output and cycle times.



The operator will conduct visual and dimensional checks on finished products, separate defective items, and collaborate with the quality team to maintain product standards. The role also includes performing routine cleaning, supporting preventive maintenance activities, following safety procedures, and completing production documentation as required.
Qualifications
Ability to operate and monitor plastic manufacturing equipment, including strong skills in Machine Operation and Injection Molding.
Experience handling molding-related processes, including Injections and basic setup or adjustment of injection molding machinery.
Knowledge of Quality Control practices, including inspecting parts, identifying defects, and maintaining production quality standards.
Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance activities, such as routine checks, cleaning, and basic upkeep of machines to reduce downtime.
