Key Responsibilities – Event Execution Manager
Lead and manage end-to-end on-ground execution of events, BTL activations, exhibitions and healthcare camps.
Drive lead generation, crowd engagement and on-spot appointment conversions.
Manage, train and monitor promoters/event teams to achieve event targets.
Coordinate with event organizers for stall placement, branding, visibility and event opportunities.
Ensure quality lead capture, data discipline and timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with calling and clinic teams to drive lead-to-appointment conversion.
Monitor event performance, including leads, appointments, engagement and revenue outcomes.
Prepare pre-event execution plans and post-event performance reports.
Take ownership of event targets, execution quality and overall business outcomes.
Handle on-ground challenges proactively and ensure smooth, qualified event execution.
