Role Description The Store Manager role at BuyBuyCart is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising sales floor activities, and ensuring a clean, well-organized environment. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The Store Manager will focus on delivering high levels of customer service, resolving customer issues,



and maintaining customer satisfaction standards. The role also includes tracking store performance metrics, supporting promotional activities, and coaching team members to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Candidates should possess Store Management experience, including supervision and day-to-day operations oversight.
Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to reduce shrinkage and protect store assets.
Relevant skills such as team leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer proficiency are beneficial.
Prior experience in retail or store management and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience are preferred.
