What We're Looking For:
Studio Paperheads is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Designer (Specialising in Social Media) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position at our studio, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a tight-knit team of artists, designers, and creatives.

Responsibilities:
Design engaging and visually compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn.
Take on complete ownership of calendar planning and posting for the client brand.
Develop and maintain consistent visual systems and brand identities across social media campaigns.
Collaborate with designers, strategists, and content creators to bring ideas to life.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging design styles.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content series, and digital storytelling.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.




Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience at a design/marketing agency.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Proven experience designing content for social media platforms.
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition, and digital-first design principles.
Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing is a plus.
