About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid Life Insurance domain expertise to join our team and support the transformation of core insurance platforms for clients in the Indian market and beyond.
You will work closely with Product Managers, architects,



engineering teams and senior insurance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable and testable functional specifications.

Role and Responsibilities
Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders across Product, New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Operations and Actuarial.
Analyse end-to-end Life Insurance processes and products, including Term, Endowment, Whole Life, ULIP, Annuity/Pension and Group Life.
Define functional requirements across the policy lifecycle: illustration, proposal, underwriting, issuance, premium collection, servicing, lapse, revival, surrender, maturity and claims.
Define and validate business rules for product configuration, premium calculation, underwriting, benefits, riders, charges and tax treatment.
Own BA deliverables including BRDs, FRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and requirements traceability.
