Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP software to support core business processes such as production, supply chain, sales, and finance.



The specialist will analyze workflows, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate business needs into system solutions and process improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, managing user access and training, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors for updates and enhancements. The role also includes preparing documentation, generating reports and dashboards, and supporting data accuracy and integrity to ensure efficient, integrated operations across the organization.
