About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with prior experience in an advertising or marketing agency to help us identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate recent business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
Pitch agency services (branding, digital marketing, video production, social media, etc.) to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
Coordinate with internal creative and account teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Track industry trends,



competitor activities, and market opportunities
Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
1–3 years of experience in business development/client servicing at an advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency (mandatory)
Strong understanding of agency services — branding, digital, social media, content, video production
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to build relationships with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers
Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-up skills
Preferred:
Existing network of client contacts in relevant industries
Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
