THE ROLE IN ONE LINE
We are not looking for a Sales Head to manage a team. We are looking for a general to execute our recent sales machine — on the Predictable Revenue model — for India’s first longevity-led residential development.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
▪ The Sourcing Engine — Acquisition of qualified leads and desired walk-ins per month. Sales Development Reps (sourcing)function, ICP discipline, ATL + BTL + Channel Partner motion.
▪ The Qualification & Nurture Layer — Market Response Reps team (qualifying), marketing programming, lead filtering, systematic multi-touch nurture flow.
▪ The Closing System — Scripts, the “Objection Aikido” rebuttal library, and Account Executives (Closing) teams training in empathetic, NLP-informed, client-centric selling.




▪ The Data & SOP Backbone — CRM ownership, weekly data-led decisions on pricing and discounts, and the 19-touch connect system.
WHO YOU ARE
▪ 8–12 years in residential real estate sales leadership, with a Rs. 300 Cr+ project run end-to-end.
▪ You have built a sales system before, not just inherited one. You can walk us through the org chart, CRM stack, script library and SOPs you have designed.
▪ You are fluent in CRM as an operating tool, and comfortable with data as a daily conversation — not a monthly report.
▪ You have sold a premium, experiential or category-creating product — wellness, hospitality, luxury automotive, private banking or premium real estate.
▪ You are personally credible with the longevity proposition — fitness- or wellness-oriented, curious about the science, respectful of an educated customer.
