ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Software & Algorithm Developer to develop and deploy robust real-time Computer Vision and object/surface tracking solutions on NVIDIA Jetson/ARM-based embedded platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop real-time object detection, segmentation and multi-object tracking algorithms.
• Implement object/surface localization, ID assignment, trajectory estimation and track management.
• Develop image segmentation, region partitioning, convex-hull/polygon separation and graph-based object association.
• Prototype and validate algorithms using Python and OpenCV; implement production-grade solutions in C++.
• Port and optimize applications on NVIDIA Jetson / ARM64 Linux using CUDA, TensorRT and GPU acceleration.
• Optimize CPU/GPU utilization, memory, latency and multithreaded video-processing pipelines.
• Test tracking accuracy, ID continuity, track loss/re-acquisition and real-time performance.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
• Strong hands-on experience in real-time Computer Vision and object/multi-object tracking.
• Strong C++ and good Python programming skills; STL, data structures, multithreading and performance optimization.
• Strong OpenCV and image processing knowledge including segmentation, feature extraction and motion estimation.
• Hands-on NVIDIA Jetson / ARM64 Linux deployment experience.
• Practical CUDA / GPU acceleration and real-time video processing experience.
• Knowledge of Kalman Filter or similar tracking methods.
POSITIVE TO HAVE
• PyTorch / TensorFlow, TensorRT, GStreamer, V4L2 and hardware-accelerated video pipelines.
• Graph algorithms, graph matching / data association and low-latency video analytics.
• CMake, Git and NVIDIA Nsight / Linux profiling.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Robotics or related engineering discipline. 4–6 years of relevant hands-on experience in Real-Time Computer Vision + C++ + Python + NVIDIA Jetson/ARM + Object Tracking. Candidates with only generic
