3D Art Team Lead – 8+ yrs of experience
Responsibilities
Will be responsible for:
Define and develop the overall visual style, tone, and artistic vision for 3D projects.
Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to a team of 3D artists, including modelers, texture artists, and animators.
Work closely with game designers, and developers to ensure the art aligns with project goals and technical limitations.
Define, develop, and maintain the 3D art pipeline and production workflow, ensuring productive creation and integration of assets.
Review all art assets and deliverables to maintain high artistic quality and consistency throughout the project.
Create initial concepts, visual guides, and storyboards to communicate the artistic direction to the team and stakeholders.




Ensuring all art deliverables are completed on schedule.
Stay updated on industry trends, new software, and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices and innovate production techniques.

Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, animation, or a related field is typically required.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in 3D art production, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior artist role, preferably within the relevant industry

Skills and expertise

Technical skills:
Expert proficiency with industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush).
Experience with texturing and sculpting tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Adobe Creative Suite).
A solid understanding of real-time rendering engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
Knowledge of technical art fundamentals, such as modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and optimization.
