Admin & Accounts Intern

SGA is looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Intern who can help keep our day-to-day operations, documentation and basic accounts running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Maintain daily expense and payment records
Update Excel/Google Sheets for income, expenses and vendor payments
Organise invoices, bills, receipts and supporting documents
Coordinate with CA/accounts team for required documents
Assist with basic invoicing and payment follow-ups
Maintain employee, vendor and operational records
Track office/admin expenses and petty cash
Help with attendance, documentation and basic HR administration
Coordinate with vendors, trainers and internal teams when required
Maintain organised digital folders and company records
Support management with day-to-day administrative work
Who We’re Looking For
B.Com / BBA / Finance / Commerce / Management student or graduate
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets




Basic understanding of accounting, invoices, GST and bookkeeping
Extremely organised and valuable with numbers
Responsible with confidential financial information
Good communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Marathi, Hindi and English communication preferred
