Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, meeting with distributors, retailers, and farmers, and promoting the company’s product portfolio in the assigned territory.



Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales visits, conducting field demonstrations, gathering market and competitor information, and supporting customer queries with timely and accurate information. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, payment follow-up, and stock planning, as well as participating in exhibitions, campaigns, and farmer meetings to strengthen brand visibility. The ideal candidate will build long-term relationships with channel partners and end users, work toward sales targets, and provide feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications
Solid Sales skills, including lead generation, territory management, negotiation, and target achievement.
Proficiency in Marketing and Market Planning, with experience in campaign execution, brand promotion, and channel development.
