Role Description The Practice Head ERP is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading the ERP practice and driving end-to-end ERP initiatives for clients. This role oversees solution design, implementation, and optimization of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with stakeholders to define ERP strategies, managing project delivery teams, and monitoring system performance and process improvements.



The Practice Head ERP will guide demand, production, and business planning processes within ERP platforms, develop best practices and standards, and provide thought leadership on ERP capabilities and industry trends. The role also involves mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional units, and supporting business development through proposals, demonstrations, and client engagements.
