Role Description The Project Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgram. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities with builders, contractors, and institutional clients, building a robust pipeline in the decorative paints segment. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients,



conducting site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for pricing, technical support, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely execution of projects and high customer satisfaction. The Project Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of leads, forecasts, and sales activities, and regularly report performance and market insights to management.
Qualifications
Solid project and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Ability to understand technical aspects of paints and coatings, with an aptitude for explaining product features and benefits to clients.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation.
