Experience: 2+ years in Social Media Management, preferably in a Digital Marketing / Creative Agency

We’re looking for a Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into content that holds attention.
This role is for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, visual flow and the details that make an edit feel polished not someone who simply cuts clips together.
You’ll work closely with our creative and production teams to create engaging video content for brands across different projects and formats.

What You'll Do
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos while maintaining strong storytelling and visual continuity.
Understand creative briefs, scripts and production requirements to deliver the right final output.
Review and organise raw footage to identify the strongest shots and build effective sequences.
Handle rough cuts, final cuts, transitions, music, dialogues, graphics and visual effects.
Ensure smooth pacing, logical sequencing and consistency throughout the edit.
Collaborate with creative,



production and other stakeholders to refine content based on feedback.
Adapt edits for different platforms, formats and content requirements.
Stay updated with new editing techniques, trends, tools and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of your work.

Software Requirement
Strong working knowledge of:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
DaVinci Resolve

Skills we are looking for
Understanding of video storytelling, pacing and composition.
Basic knowledge of colour grading and colour correction.
Basic understanding of sound design and audio mixing.
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Openness to feedback and the ability to translate creative direction into a strong final edit.
A creative mindset with the ability to experiment and bring fresh ideas to the edit.
