Job Summery
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced qualified to join our Accounts & Taxation team as an Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounts & Taxation. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance across both Direct and Indirect Taxation, including TDS/TCS, Income Tax, Tax Audits, assessments and scrutiny matters, GST compliance, refunds, and Input Tax Credit management.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Income Tax and GST laws, hands-on experience in tax compliance and audits, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and tax authorities

Key Responsibilities
Direct Taxation:
Ensure timely and accurate deduction, payment, and filing of TDS and TCS returns.
Prepare, review, and file Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for the company and its related entities.
Prepare and coordinate Tax Audit Reports and supporting documentation under the Income Tax Act.
Handle Income Tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings,



notices, and departmental queries, including coordination with external tax consultants.
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable MSME-related tax provisions.
Review tax provisions and identify tax implications arising from business transactions and operational activities.
Keep abreast of amendments, notifications, circulars, and judicial developments under the Income Tax Act and assess their impact on the organization.
Support tax planning and ensure appropriate tax compliance and documentation.

Indirect Taxation – GST
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Review and reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with books of accounts and purchase records.
Manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and ensure compliance with applicable provisions, including Section 16(4) and blocked credits under Section 17(5) of the CGST Act.
