Role Description The Sales Manager Refractory, based in Kolkata, will oversee sales and business development for refractory products and solutions in designated regional and national markets. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and qualifying new customers,



managing key accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with Refractory plants, traders, and other industrial clients. The role includes preparing and negotiating offers, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, coordinating with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely deliveries, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports. The Sales Manager will conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, and post-sales support, while representing Indiano Ferro at industry events and supporting long-term partnership growth.
Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial or B2B sales, preferably in refractories, ferro alloys, steel, or related heavy industry.
Strong knowledge of Refractory raw materials and refractory applications.
Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and account management to drive revenue and maintain long-term
