Regional HR person is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the HR department.



This role involves managing HR policies, procedures, and ensuring Payroll, compliance with labour laws. Regional HR plays a critical role in maintaining a productive and compliant workforce.
Responsibilities Include:
· Managing employee records and HR databases.
· Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
· Supporting the HR team in Payroll Input and verification of Output, disburse the salary as per the TAT and on boarding processes
· Managing employee benefits and payroll & Compliance processing.
· Ensure and monitor the on-boarding processes including E-Mail Id generation, BGV initiation, Employee file, Offer & Appointment Letter, Employee Id Cards, Employee details entered in HR Portal and Induction.
· Responsible for Employee Engagement including Rewards and Recognition
· Driving the Employee Referral programme across the Schools
· Attendance and Leave Ma
