Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, adoption and ongoing success for enterprise accounts.
Partner with HR and operations stakeholders on verification workflows and service outcomes.
Monitor account health, usage, turnaround times and escalations.
Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and improve customer experience.

Requirements

3–6 years in enterprise customer success, account management, HRTech or BGV.
Solid stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
Experience with SaaS platforms, service reviews and escalations.
